I have scoured the documenation and even found the box. Everything says Gigabit wired router. Apparently this type of hardware is limited to about this speed - but as someone not "in the know" about this type of thing it seems really crappy to pull to on a consumer.
Power on the unit while STILL pushing the reset button and count for another 30 seconds before letting it go. However, a lot of research I've read has stated that this router can only handle roughly mbs WAN due to the hardware see link posted, that's not the only one. I suggest that you try a hard reset.
